We use PayPal for our payments. Paypal is one of the largest payment processing systems on the Internet, handling millions of payments per month. Payments by Wire Transfer
Alternatively you can pay by wire transfer and our bank accounts details will be shown on the shopping cart when you select this option. In this case you should pay for ALL the bank charges when you give payment instructions to your bank (you need to pay for your bank charges and beneficiary bank charges as well). Please indicate clearly your order number on the wire transfer instructions so that we can locate your payment and ship your order quickly. Usually your order will be pending during 2-3 days until we receive your payment.
Billing Terms & Conditions
All billing information provided is verified and we reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

Shipping
We deliver your package within 3-8days by express service after you place your order. Please don’t ask us if we can deliver next day, or tonight, or within 1 hour….that will not be possible :-)
We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order. Shipping courier will be selected by Styup.com
Please note that any item(s) NOT indicated as Free Shipping or with Flat Shipping fee, Shopping Cart will automatically display the exact charge for your delivery address.
We ship hundreds of orders everyday and all orders are FINAL. Once you place your order it will be immediately processed by our warehouse and therefore we cannot guarantee any cancellation or modification. This site is targeted to an adult and responsible audience so you should know what you are buying when you confirm your purchase.
Return Policy
Styup.com offers a limited stock selection and limited time offers. In order to keep our competitive price policy we are unable to accept any returns. We put a lot of effort to provide in depth information about each and every item listed on the website and you are fully responsible to chose the right model, size, colors etc. You are encouraged to use our Live Chat if you need assistance.
Returns cost a lot of money (restocking, repacking, reprocessing, relisting) and have a tremendous impact in our daily operations. We do not think it is fair to charge everyone another US$10 or US$15 on top of each product we sell in order to make up for returns so we prefer to offer you the most competitive prices instead.
We are thrilled to provide an extra service (VIP FREE RETURNS) and you have the option to pay US$45 per shipment and enjoy free returns within 14 days. This option is offered to you during checkout, we know it is not cheap but it is how much this service costs. If you decide to skip this extra charge we will not accept any of your claims to return items except if there is an obvious manufacturer defect.
Before returning the package back to us, please request return merchandise authorization (RMA) number per email contact@styup.com. We will review your request within 24-48 hours and issue the RMA number if it entirely respects our return policy. After you get the RMA number, please mark it outside the package, any package without RMA # will be refused.
The goods must be returned with original package, all the returns without original package will be refused. Please do not return items that have already been used as they will not be accepted.
NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
International Order Policy
There are almost 200 countries in this beautiful World, each one with its own policies and duties. It is not viable to keep track of such wide range of different regulations. We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Styup.com will NOT be responsible for any Duties and Fees in your country.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
#1-The customer refuses to accept the package.
#2- No attempts are made to received the products.
